I hear your voice, a whisper in the wind

Angelic, yet no words did you speak

Only my heart can feel you near

A gentle breeze, a subtle reminder

Like the fluttering of a butterfly’s wings

Gently floating through the flowers

Lavender, the scent, was heavenly

Our comfort, in this ill begotten world

Whisper softly
In muted tones
Unheard choirs
Of nature’s pure bliss
Held quietly
In the morning light
As dawn reaches
Into shades of white

Whisper softly
In darkness unknown
Unheard choirs
Left to reminisce
Held quietly
As dreams take flight
And dawn reaches
Into shades of night

I can feel your life force

Flowing throw my veins

Like the blood that rushes through me

Each pulse, a musical refrain

Lightning bolts, each dagger

Released by your command

A whisper, all it takes for me

To heed to your demand

Stroking my existence

I let you steal my soul

You, forever, my energy

As your power takes control

Mountains made of clouds

Against azure colored skies

Night creeps in with silence

On the whisper of a sigh

Emerald earth shades to black

As the heavens hold the day

Sunlight fades away with time

As darkness comes to play
