Push away the storm
Erase the darkened sky
Look beyond today
As clouds are rolling by
Chasing thoughts of gray
Replacing them with light
He will always guide your way
Throughout the day and night
Do not be discouraged
Let brightness always shine
Happiness shall fill your soul
With Heaven’s smile, divine

To Moonglow
Saturday night’s sunset was spectacular. My husband and I watched as the sun set behind the mountains by our home. The Supermoon was just as spectacular, shining in our front yard, in the night sky.. Enjoy these Heavenly bodies ❤

And dance across air
Casting a fiery glow
A vision so grand
I hold out my hand
To capture one, I dare
A ball of fire calmly rests
In all its splendor, bright
My soul it unlocks
Whilst I sit upon this rock
Basking in morning’s first light

Lazing under the heavens
Drawing lines in the air
Connecting stars
Gazing at the beauty
Of God’s lighted sky

Eyes awaken in an ebony night
Shadowy movements dodging the light
Wondering what it is he sees here
Could it be her, the one he held near?
Darkness continues, playing its game
The silence whispering out his name
Brushing by him, in teasing allure
Wondering how much he can endure
She playfully invades his carnal dreams
Til sunlight through the window streams
