I’m delighted to say I have released my newest poetry book, “Dark is the night – A Poetry Chapbook”. My love of the night, and the dark, in evident in the 40 poems contained in this book. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I have enjoyed writing it!

When day becomes night, igniting a flare
As the sun sets its light, with nary a care
Where the shadows grow dark, no more fire aglow
Extinguishing the spark, slowly setting, below
When the rhythm of rhymes, are thoughts in my head
And the light from the moon shine, is silently shed
If you listen, you’ll hear such a sweet harmony

I’m so excited to share the cover of my first chapbook, due out May 1 (God willing)! It is a photograph of the moon I took last year and fit the theme perfectly.
