The staff was in a snit, the head chef had a fit
She baked a batch of muffins, for the queen
Set them on a stool, near a window, just to cool
Now the breads, were nowhere to be seen

Pondered what to do, waited, a minute or two
Hoped to catch this terrible, muffin thief
She realized her spoon, was nowhere in the room
Now, this was going way beyond belief

Set a trap, a deadly fate, hoped they’d take the bait
A half a muffin sat, on the kitchen table
In came Carla May, spoon and muffin, on display
Shocked to see the goods, but where was Mabel?

Much to her surprise, the table began to rise
Scared the daylights, right out of Carla May
She looked around, but didn’t know, where she’d go
So she stood there, didn’t try to get away

The chef approached her prey, had waited for this day
To meet the thief who stole the precious cakes
Carla hit her with the spoon, on that fateful afternoon
Now she’s the chef, and eats whatever she bakes

An eruption of presents

In red, and blue, and green

Holds nary an empty space

Amid this holiday scene

Packages piled high, waiting

Under the Christmas tree

The warmth of this season

Is blending perfectly

With silver bows and ribbons

And boxes on the floor

But, when we are together

The meaning’s so much more

Her fishnet stockings, were a very nice surprise

As she could surely see, by the look in Santa’s eyes

She decided on the red, of course, his favorite shade

He didn’t care for the black, so, very nicely played

High heeled shoes, the highest, completed the style

She knew he’d stay right there, even for a little while

With Christmas Eve upon him, she only had one chance

She batted her eyes, and winked at him, with a sexy glance

That was all she need do, he caved into her, his vice

All he needed to know, was if she’s naughty or she’s nice

Why Santa, I’ve been a naughty girl, she shyly told him so

I’d love to show you how, but I know you have to go

Poor guy, he sighed aloud, for he knew she was quite right

He had to pack the sleigh, and get ready for the night

Now don’t worry, kiddies, Santa hasn’t broken any laws

The legs inside the stockings, belong to Mrs. Claus

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE EVERYONE!

She reeks of sugared candy, smells like a marshmallow

If she keeps this up, she’ll soon be looking sallow

Popping in the treats, savoring one after the other

She has to eat them quickly, not saving for her brother

Stacking them high, she would eat them all, two-fisted

This is where the tale, gets somewhat rather twisted

She couldn’t eat them, fast enough, so she’d hide them beneath

Her tongue, would hold a mountain full, and even in her teeth

But, she’d given it away, what was once her greatest disguise

Instead, it looked as if this would be, candy’s quick demise

For when she tried to smile, her teeth were stuck together

And so this ends the sweetness, of a little girl named Heather

She lays herself down, upon her bed
Nestles snugly, on gossamer strings
Visions, restless, swirling in her head
As voices, of a choir, so sweetly sing

The form of an angel, tis what she sees
With ethereal light, dancing, around her
She ponders, what the meaning could be
Letting the feeling, totally, surround her

She knows now, she will never be the same
Her destiny holds more important things
For in her dreams, a heavenly being came
And she awoke, dressed only, in golden wings
