Steps beyond my wildest dreams
Pieces missing in between
The path I walk to yonder lands
Across the bridges many spans
Spaces where my mind must leap
To find my future, there to keep
What is so grand beyond this place
The moon, the sun and all of space
Shall carry me from yesterday
And renew the dreams once cast away

This path that leads to waters free
Kept hidden just beyond the trees
Is where I come to pass the day
And gather thoughts that come my way
I watch, as nature again renews
Together, with the sea’s cerulean blue
A place, where I can just daydream
My space, where life is so serene

Slumber sweet o’er ocean’s bed
Wrapped in downy clouds, so light
My peaceful little sleepyhead
You are sheltered in the night
Off to dream of moon and stars
As sun sets across the way
Angels watch you from afar
In the darkened light of day
Sleep, my precious baby girl
As the birds sing their lullaby
For you are truly a fragile pearl
Luminescent, in a celestial sky
