There has to be a valid reason

Why we only see these for one season

Speckled eggs are so yummy

We should fill up our tummy

No matter the date, I don’t want to wait!

Could this be an act of treason?

Though tough skinned on the outside

She holds her softness deep inside

The apple, on the other hand

Is only soft when he’s been pied

Too many nights out drinking

Upside down, he makes his way

Rolling around the counter top

With a bunch of nuts, he sways

She can no longer watch him

She needs to squash this party boy

There’s only one way to end it

To get back some sweeter joy

Seductively peeling her outer layer

She reveals what he’s been waiting for

Then, when he least expects it

She rolls him on the floor

Never mess with a naval gal

She’ll get even when she’s crossed

Now all that’s left, a broken stem

‘Cause the apple has been sauced

They were Santa’s naughty secret

Ones he kept from Mrs. Claus

Imagine what the elves would think

If they knew about his flaws

How Santa loved the ladies

Each place he stopped had more

Swayed and seduced, how could he!

Surely the Mrs. would be sore

If she were to find out exactly

What the jolly old man did at night

Now Santa’s on her naughty list

And she’s the one out of sight

So remember when you hear the sound

Of jingle bells in the sky

It’s not Kris Kringle in the sled

But Mrs. Claus, just swinging by

Charlie does the moonwalk
While Lester checks the gifts
Bartholomew is wondering
What’s in the box he lifts

Seems Charlie doesn’t care much
About the presents left to wrap
He’d much rather dance around
Donned, in his stocking cap

Bart leans on his buddy
For a moment, does he pause
Where did Lester get the box?
Did he steal from Santa Claus?

It seems a shame to tattle
So he makes a deal with Les
“Give me the box, I’ll be quiet
So you won’t have to confess.”

Lester takes a moment
Then decides to take the chance
Grabs hold of Charlie’s pompom
And follows in the dance

Bart can see he’s defeated
Might as well join in the fun
Best to keep his secret
And now my tale is done

A single petal, missing

From the slim stem down below

No longer made her shapely

But she still continued to grow

A star within her center

Told her story, plain and true

She was perfectly imperfect

Twas with beauty that she grew
