Voices rumble at the sight

Of eyes that flash in darkest night

Raindrops dance in mysterious ways

While boughs beneath begin to sway

Against the wind, its mighty roar

Blowing clouds to earthen floor

Gathering mist in ethereal light

As spirits below now take flight

Uncover the light from the darkest of gray

Chase away shadows, forget yesterday

Erase the blackness, once filled with sorrows

Radiance abounds, for brighter tomorrows

Carry these thoughts on a white winged dove

Capture serenity, peacefulness, love

I see the heaven’s darken

Hear the mighty thunder call

Beckoning me to come outside

To feel the waters fall

I watch as the sky is parted

And the light comes back again

Chasing away the blackened night

With the cleansing of the rain

Night calls upon the blackest skies
The only light, shines from her eyes

In answer to his darkest prayer
Where she now, awaits him there

Caught in ebony limbs and leaves
Nestling quietly with the trees

She listens as he chants his claim
Hearing, as he speaks her name

For he is the one within her soul
The darker side that makes her whole
