The heat, to melt, my inner vice
Of wanting you, my very own
That I shall never let bemoan
Just chase away my frozen heart
Watch me, as I fall apart
Into your hands, I fade to mist
With flames of love, I have been kissed

Golden orb of daylight shine
Deceptive in your glow
No warmth from brilliance do you bring
Upon the earth below
Crystal prisms from clouds above
Tossed about, one by one, adorn
Swirling with the wind so free
Covering ground in the chill of morn
Flaxen skies peek quietly through
As if they are forbidden
Deceiving hope of warmer days
Behind the clouds, are hidden

A snowy dream, a place serene
I know not where I go, unseen
The path before me, does implore me
Does it know where I have been?
I walk against, this cold, immense
And still I feel, such indifference
The path before me, I must ignore thee
Lest I fear, a false pretense
Icy chills, the air, sublime
I’ll walk, until the end of time
