The light that glows from yonder moon

Has lifted away the shadow of gloom

Brightness once again does shine

Along this forest path, sublime

Flickering amongst the branches above

Fairies illuminate, lanterns of love

To guide me through, this open portal

Into mystical presence, make me immortal

And captivate me with a spell, unrequited

The moon, and my soul, forever, undivided

You said it’s always been there
Kept tucked away, waiting to be born
To be released, unleashed, set free
Into new horizons, beyond the
Rising of the sun and moon, before
The setting of light into darkness
It’s been there, awaiting its time,
Biding its course, finding itself,
I ask, what has always been there?
I pray, please tell me, what is it?
You simply answer….your soul.

Cast your eyes upon my face

Let me take you to this place

Where reality becomes a blur

And oddities do then occur

This light that shines within my eyes

Is full of mad, seductive lies

I’ll bring you to a world unknown

To sit upon your kingly throne

Your destiny I’ve carefully planned

As you perfectly fit, in the palm of my hand
