Nightfall
Fog settles in
Hides the land
Shrouding all
With its veil
Eeriness
In the distance
Lights
Through the dark
Each dimmer than
The one before
Shine
Shadows
Take control
Hovering
Ever so slightly
Spirits
Searching
Seeking
A new host
As I stand
Waiting
In the night
