Our boldest squirrel (not named yet) will often park in a tree limb outside my son’s bedroom window and bark at him when the squirrel feeder is empty. Yes, bark. I didn’t know squirrels could do that but Richard swears he does. If he fails at that he parks in a limb outside my office window and “performs” until I yell at Richard that I think the squirrel is hungry. It’s fun to watch this guy and his pals cavorting and chasing each other through our trees. Will I name him. I don’t know. What do you think about “Chester”?

I love how they communicate. We have one blue jay who alerts everyone when he sees me filling the feeder. lol. I think Chester is a perfect name! ❤️
