Her colors blazed, about the sky
And twinkling stars, stood on standby
They knew better than to eclipse her light
Beaming sheer radiance, in their sight
Purples and blues, adorned her face
Clouds of orange, added to her grace
The lights of the night, beheld her, proud
A nebula, Heaven’s most beautiful cloud

Darkness, drawn to light
She stands in silence, gazing
At the rays, that grace the night
Chancing they are moonbeams
She ventures, closer still
The night air, warm as summer
Yet, she could feel its chill
She waits, so impatiently
For a sign, to tell her why
The sunlight replaces darkness
She fears, the moon has lost the sky

I’ll never understand it
Why men think it’s profound
To stuff their mouths with tobacco
Then spit it out, onto the ground
They chew away on a substance
Tucked neatly in their cheek
I don’t think I could kiss them
Their chances, are rather bleak
Why can’t they find a habit
That the ladies like as well
Like chewing bubble gum instead
I’d find that rather swell
So guys, please forget the chew
It’s so uncouth, and unrefined
Replace it with something minty
This, we’ll surely never mind
