Glistening across the lake
Like a million fireflies
A sparkle like no other
From the sun which passes by
Shimmering in the twilight
I stood and watched it dance
The last of the glorious sunshine
In the water, such romance
Just look at how it twinkles
Like stars that light the night
Imagine that you’re one of them
Effervescent, pure and bright

Love it when the water does that… One must see it to capture it fully, or describe it as best they can in poetic form as you have done here. And still… it’s almost like trying to describe heaven. We only seem to touch the very surface, of how beautiful it really is.
