We have but one

To call our own

No others allow

Our Earthly form

A heavenly body

Of living things

Around a brilliant star

We circle

As each days passes

For twenty four hours

We move

An endless orbit

Night into day

And day returns

Once again

Until our final hours

Our planet remains

A place we call home
