As darkness fell, the crickets sang
Birds fell silent, nothing rang
Just the rustle of leafy trees
Bowing to the gentle breeze
A coolness in the air was felt
As suddenly, the sun would melt
Into one, when the moon did cover
Taking her, as his daytime lover

It wasn’t nearly long enough. Now I want to catch the next one, even if I have to travel. 🙂

Yes, me too. They say the path will be different. Hoping it swings south to north, maybe I won’t have to go anywhere lol
