in the mighty waters of the sea

the blossoms of the earth

giving flight to the flock

that bring light to the darkness

tree-527815_960_720Moonbeams, cast, to guide us through the night

Gathering as one, we are, a mere part of the glory of God

He whispers quietly in my ear

Of promises, and draws me near

With arms that hold in sweet embrace

And a tender look upon his face

He tells me how the days shall be

How he will spend this time with me

My dearest lover, my friend, my life

I am so very blessed to be your wife

So many bridges
Once crossed, once burned
So many lessons yet to learn

Branches of life
So grateful, so grand
Coming together, hand in hand

Carry us across
This great divide
Together, where we meet, astride

Grasp, we can,
These tethered ropes
To fill our lives, with love and hope

Make these bridges
Strong with heart
Let them never again be torn apart

Spun from gossamer threads of gold

A wyvern born from beauty bold

With silken threads she does decree

To weave a web of fantasy

With one who fuels the radiant pyre,

Flame, and smoke of her desire

Held together by a single strand

The dragon and spider, hand in hand
