Colleen has given us free reign over our choice of words.  I chose Spector and Possess as mine and only used synonyms to write my Tanka!  🙂

Frightful October

Goblins and ghouls awaken

Bones rattle and shake

Spirits take flight on this night

And I covet the darkness
