Come lie with me
Among the wildflowers
Fragrant with the promise
Of mornings first light

Come lie with me
As sunlight dances upon us
Under skies of blue
And faceless clouds

Come lie with me
Amidst the moonlit shadows
Gently caressing the night
A fantasy of stars
Dancing in the heavens

Come lie with me
And dream
Of yesterdays and wildflowers
Of sunlight and clouds
Of moonlight and stars
And tomorrows yet to come

The long awaited time is near

Counting days until you’re here

No struggles for the coming week

Just gazing at the mountain peaks

And walking along wilderness streets

Drinking in the nectar of nature, sweet

Where I can forget the time of day

Throw my worries and cares away

Upon the forest paths I’ll roam

Until it’s time to return to my home

 

Vacation time for me, my friends!!!  Be back June 8th 🙂

Perching upon a Lotus Leaf
She Embraces the water of Life
An Emerald Beauty in the Hollow
Of a pond in the pale Moonlight

Guarding over the Flora and Fish
Glowing with Luminous Light
She Sparkles like the Stars above
Aglow in the Dark of Night

Scattered in the pale moon light

The Pixie spreads her dust’s delight

Rainbows of colors, magical swirls

All with the wave of her hand in a twirl

Illumins the darkness that fills the night sky

Sparkling down from places up high

Playfully dancing, she frolics and sways

Filling the black with the promise of day

Letting the golden sunlight
Pour down upon my face
Resting quietly upon this tree
I find my peaceful place

Where Stillness will Enlighten me

And Serenity shall set me Free

To let me be who I should Be

And find my Heart’s Tranquility

Looking up, I close my eyes
Upon this grassy knoll
Soaking in the gentle warmth
I find my peaceful soul
