Under radiant light, once again, reborn

A whispering breeze across the vibrant sky

She awakens with the gentle call of morn.

Life on Earth heaves a gentle sigh

For she is the mountain that reigns above

And the lands found down below

Delicate beauty, who bestows with love

As she watches her mighty Earth grow

The silence was broken

like a million shards of glass

crashing to the floor, the sound,

deafening, making it impossible

to concentrate, on any given level.

Sadly, I realize the only escape,

is across the room, and once again

as I am drowning in the noise,

I reluctantly sigh, knowing

with one simple movement, I

can shut out the world just by

closing my door.

For AZ…

A torn soul, he lost his way

Searched to find his heart

Down the shadowed road he walked

Turned back again, to start

A newer path, his freedom rang

From all he held inside

Knowing he could conquer it

He felt this sense of pride

For those who thought he needed more

They really did not know him well

The key was held within him

To unlock this living hell

From demons he would battle

Till he defeated them, one by one

A valiant warrior, determined

No longer a forgotten sun
