Let no one’s dreams, drown in despair
We have the ability, to flood the world
With visions, we have built and shared
So freedom’s flag, can remain unfurled

A place to loll away the hours
Basking in the shade or sun
Under canopies of emerald green
Until the light of day is done
A sanctuary, a hidden treasure
One to keep you safe and warm
A place you can call your very own
Protection, from approaching storms
I marvel how you build your home
Each piece so carefully interwoven
And soon I grasp, just why it is
The reason this branch was chosen
