I took this photo, looking up, while standing under my chestnut tree. I was amazed that there was still green among all the yellow. Just beautiful 🙂

This Cooper’s hawk sat as still as could be, in my neighbors tree, then swooped down, through my yard, and into my other neighbors tree. What a spectacular sight. I was too awestruck to take a picture!! 🙂

When fairies let their lights appear
Floating about, like an endless dream
They mesmerize, with a blazing gleam
When fire surrounds you, in a dance
You wonder if it’s happenstance
They choose to show themselves to you
Perhaps it’s what they are meant to do
Alluring, in their ethereal graces
Captivating, with angelic faces
Autumnal beauties, ever glowing
Capture you, with enchantment, flowing
