The night broke
As daylight faded
Behind the shadows
Of yesterday’s warmth
Stars awakened
With a twinkle
Like eyes winking
The promise of more
Yet I wonder
As I close my eyes
Will they diminish
Fizzle away, die
Would this be the end
Of light guiding darkness
Or the beginning
Of darkness coveting day
And I open my eyes

And I close my eyes and listen
To the gentle echoing sounds
Of rain splashing upon my thoughts
Amidst God’s almighty thunder

30 Tuesday Jun 2015
Taste the sweet embrace
Of my lips upon your own
Touch my body with your soul
Feel my passion groan
Lost in fervent movements
Two hearts now intertwined
Locked in sync together
Our bodies start to grind
In ecstasy and longing
Still searching for release
Lost in fervent movements
Desires never cease

29 Monday Jun 2015
In the quiet hush of ebony night
A simple touch, a velvet stroke
Sparks the passion within
Electricity ignites the dark
Tasting, Savoring, Indulging
Never sating a ravenous hunger

Fallen, like the notes of my violin
Saturated with the pouring rain
My heart longs for the music
The gentle strains, a symphony
Washing over me in lyrical waves
Serenading my broken soul
Saving me from my fears
Rescuing, Releasing, Redeeming
