I am okay
But you didn’t ask
You were too into
Yourself
To even notice…
I wasn’t
But that’s alright
Really, it is
Because I shy away
From false emotions
What you think
I want to hear
I don’t
My self-esteem
Has been through
Enough
I have made
Peace
With myself
And my God
And that is
Why I am
Okay
Really.

You are always in my thoughts… always in my prayers… and always on my mind. “Maybe I didn’t tell you quite as often as I should have”, but you are forever loved. We will both get thriough all of our health issues and pain dear friend, if for no other reason than we have each other. HUGS AND LOVE!! 😊❤
