Let me melt away the pain
That lingers on my skin
Let me release the sorrow
I hold, so deeply, within
Inches of this body writhes
As I try to hold it all together
But fate has dealt a mighty blow
And this life, I have to weather
Agony has set its pace, still
I continue, with all my might
To chase away the darkness
Choosing only to see the light

I hope this is not related to present pain. Are you feeling better than you were? Hope so. I haven’t seen a mention of this issue lately. Poem is great.

Yes, Oneta, it is 😦 Sadly, there really is no feeling better for me. But I’m a fighter, so I don’t give in easily. Sometimes not so good on my part lol I really don’t want to talk about it often because we all have our own personal battles to deal with. No need to add mine to it. So I just let it out in my words when I need to. Thank you ❤
