Amidst the fog and full moon light

A house glows red with demonic delight

Terror reigns from deep within

Fills the air with a piercing din

Spirits roam the darkened grounds

Shrilling, shrieking, sounds abound

Horror shakes the shrouded land

That hides this fortress, once so grand

Haunting, against the black of night

Demons feast on earthly fright

Spun from gossamer threads of gold

A wyvern born from beauty bold

With silken threads she does decree

To weave a web of fantasy

With one who fuels the radiant pyre,

Flame, and smoke of her desire

Held together by a single strand

The dragon and spider, hand in hand

Through this portal

Shines the color of day

On the other side

A nighttime display

Do I go forth into the light

Or wander back into the night

Walk in meadows

Green and fair

Or gather stars

Without a care

Soak in rays of yellow sun

Or shiver with the clouds as one

A decision made quite simply for me

The night is always where I’ll be

Are you stardust or fairy light
Shining in my fading sight
Glistening softly in the night
Dancing in your midair flight

Or are you just a revelation
Mystical beings, sweet creation
Singing to my imagination
Bringing me to my salvation

Yet, all is never as it seems
Glimmering in celestial beams
Gathering secrets, forbidden schemes
Carrying me to my elusive dreams

Born of ever flowing tresses

A mighty wing reveals, possesses

Feathered hair, full of flight

This raptors birth, enchanting sight

Her secret smile, a revelation

Knowing he is she, incarnation

Talons clasp the human flesh

Now as one, two bodies mesh
