As I watch the sunlight fade
Into the clouds of misty air
The moon and stars cascade
Filling up my senses
With the fantasy of night
Spilling my imagination
Stirring at the sight
Held inside, my endless thoughts
Where wonders never cease
Displayed before my very eyes

In the shadow of the mountain
As the trees bow silently above it
Recalling quieter times, of whispering sunlight
