It carries the voices

Of souls cast aside

Spirits, now fallen

In a timely suicide

We watch as they spiral

Then die, one by one

Detached and free falling

Under October’s sun

Yet, they fear not their destiny

As they whirl and they soar

Swept away, once again

With the wind’s mighty roar

img_2690I took this photo, looking up, while standing under my chestnut tree.  I was amazed that there was still green among all the yellow.  Just beautiful  🙂
