Emerald eyes
An elfin glow
Faeries called to task
Whispers of memories
Locked in her mind
Hidden, cloaked, masked
By forest wood
The tale unfolds
Magical, mystical glories
The sprites do tell
Of jealous hearts
Abound in untold stories

Fallen angel
Broken wings
Lightning strikes you
Puppet strings
Clutching ground
You grasp for love
Ravens gather
Once were doves
Darkness fills
Your empty being
Trapping, seizing
No longer freeing
Sadness falling
From the skies
Broken angel
Your heart now cries
Fallen angel
No longer flies

Nightmares
20 Thursday Nov 2014
Nightmares
Awakened memories
Sunken dreams once buried
Washed ashore
On the crashing of waves
Invading inner sanctity
Drowning tranquility
Ever rolling in again
With the endless tide
