Did you know it’s illegal to pick up a feather found on the ground? In that case, the answer wold be yes. Imagine that!
**According to the Migratory Birds Treaty Act, it is illegal to own native bird feathers or bits of egg shells, even if you found them in your yard

Wow! I did not know that. Growing up, I was forbidden from picking them up. Mum always said I would catch diseases from them.
