Hello friends!
A big thank you for all the wonderful messages you’ve left for mom. She’s resting comfortably in a nursing facility. I’m very happy with the care she is getting and this eases my mind a bit. I’ll still be on hiatus but will pop a poem occasionally. I hope you’re all well and writing or clicking or whatever!! 🙂

Oh, Dorinda, sorry I’ve missed the message about your mom, but am glad to hear she’s resting in the nursing facility. We all have family priorities that only we can attend. Take care of your mom and yourself. I’m taking it easy for blogging also for my family and myself.

So happy your mom is doing well … and you. I went through it with my own Mom and I know, as much love as the care takes, a lot of strength does as well. I opted to care for Mom at home. I’ve never regretted the decision as I found having her in other’s care was just as worrying as being at home. Be at peace my friend. You are doing what is right for her.
