I set the bottle free
Into the ocean’s roar
Hoping that my message
Would land upon the shore
My boat went quickly under
The umbrella my only save
I thought for sure that I would sink
Down to my watery grave
But alas, I am still floating
I haven’t met my demise
Praying that someone will find me
Before the fiery sun dies
Yet, should I never be found
Sailing on this liquid land
Then I shall float upon this boat
And prove the upper hand

Thank you, Rob! I wrote the poem four years ago, but thought the image fit it perfectly. That doesn’t happen too often. 🙂
