When buying a home, keep a watchful eye
On what’s hidden, by each rock formation
It’s a good guess, no matter how hard you try
You can’t remove them, without aggravation

Very good point. When I bought the house in Portland as investment, the inspection was very thorough. It turned out the previous owner had to spend many thousand dollars to fix things – one of them was there were rocks in the sewer pine!! BTW, my Day 2 blog tour, I mentioned your book review because yours is my latest review and mentioned one poem I’ll include as sample poem. 🙂 After the tour, I’ll run an Amazon promo for free download.
