All that chewy goodness
So tart and sweet and yummy
Doesn’t do me any good
It just expands my tummy
Not to mention what it does
To my sugar count, oh my
Still I shovel it in my mouth
Don’t know the reason why
Perhaps it’s the fruity flavor
They must know my weaknesses
A marketing ploy, if ever I’ve seen

I love this! Those candies remind me of my grandparents, and how they would serve these fruit jellied candies around Easter. Yummy!!

I just saw them the other day in a store. Wow, such memories! I can’t eat them anymore, I’m diabetic, so I’ll just drool LOL
