Tiny swallow, spring has sprung
Winter says goodbye to thee
Flying high, above the leaves
Taking in, all you can see
Call to those who know you
And those you’ve yet to meet
Tiny swallow, spread your wings
Glide on sunbeams, fast and fleet

They’re amazing little birds. I’ve tried to photograph them on several occasions, but they’re fast!! I haven’t given up yet lol

Yes they are zig zag quick and there are so many color variations as well. I like the green swallow backs.

Ha! They fascinate me, too. Although I prefer the one’s in the animated Jungle Book over real ones lol
