Hidden where the spirits loom
Their shelters torn and tattered
Ethereal beings meet their doom
Lost souls about are scattered
Perched upon her marble tomb
Her body broken, battered
No pleasure left, all consumed
A life once whole, now shattered
In the dank and misty gloom
The shadow of a figure lies….
….Darkness prevails when an angel dies

Soooo dark! Like a teen fantasy Halloweenish poem. Very October. Reminded me of the Shadowhunter books.

Are you talking about the Cassandra Clare books? If so, they are some of my very favorites! And I LOVE the series on TV!!

Yes!!! I am!! And I love the books and series too!!! 💖💖💖💖. Just finished the second season on Netflix, I just can’t wait for the third!!! I actually liked the series almost better than the books 😳. And that’s a first for me!

OMG, they’re killing me, making us wait!! I’m pretty sure the actors who play Jace, Alexander, Luke and Magnus have nothing to do with you liking the series more, right? 😉

Haha!! 😄😄😄. I loved Jace in this series! But I loved him in the books too! My kind of guy: heroic, chivalrous, but kind and soft and sensitive too 😍😍. I liked all the other guys too, but he is my favorite 😊😊. I am soooo looking forward to season 3! But they say it will come in 2018 , such a looooong wait!!!
