Stories told, of dragons, bold
They terrorize and maim
Fire breathing, ever seething
My dragon’s not the same

He comforts me, can’t you see
I hold his hand in mine
Always caring, heart felt sharing
He makes me feel just fine

Never judge, or begrudge
He really is a dream
Calm and free, next to me
My dragon reigns supreme
