Clouds that swirl in azure skies
Waters flowing before my eyes
Catch me in hypnotic spells
Watching, as my dreams are quelled
Under sky, and over sea,
Is this where life has taken me?
Letting go, my thoughts do wander
Scattering about, it makes me ponder
What does all this really mean?
To be stuck here, in between

Every time time a read a poem I think ‘lyric’. Dark can be gentle. Thinking about it dark is better ‘gentle’. Doesn’t matter so long as the reader likes it.
