It’s hollow in the darkness
Where thoughts and fears collide
The rapid beating of my heart
That tears me up inside
Can you hear my silent cries?
Soft whispers in the night
Do you hear me calling you?
When things don’t go just right
Don’t leave me here, alone,
Again, I cannot face the day
These battles, much too hard to win
My body, worn and frayed
Answers to my questions
Left lingering in air
I’m asking for your comfort, please!
Just let me know you’re there
A sign to reassure me
Everything will be alright
It’s hollow in this darkness
I need to see your light

Yes, Erika, very deep within…my daughter and my mom are both unwell, and I am caring for them. I’m exhausted, just looking for some answers ❤

Thank you so very much, Erika. I am trying to take care of them, but I need to take care of me too. Hard task to accomplish, but I know He’s got a plan, so I go with the flow 🙂

Yes, sometimes it is hard to accomplish when you are the only one in charge. But perhaps there are little treats you can do for yourself which are empowering you! I hope that all are well soon!
