Weary bones, diminishing light
Sunset, gathering in the night
Tired limbs begin to drag
Aching bones begin to nag
Looking for a resting place
Serene, a quiet, secret space
To dream my dreary thoughts away
And sleep, until the light of day

I felt like a bit this the other day and went to bed at 5:30. 5:30! And then I slept until 5:30 the next next day. Needless to say, after 12 hours of sleep, I felt much better. π

Sometimes the body just needs to rest. It’s its way of telling us to slow down π
