Moonlit Night, the Owl Flies
A Messenger in White
Talons Grasp the Silken Scroll
That Shimmers in the Light
She Watches as he Takes his Flight
Will he Return Perchance
As Winter’s Cold Envelops her
She Turns for One Last Glance
A Secret Held, She’s Hidden Long
Known to the Snowy Raptors
She’ll Feel no Fervor in her Soul
Until his Heart she Captures

I’ve been told by several musicians that I write in a lyrical way (they’ve even offered to put music to my words). I never really paid attention, guess now I will 🙂
