She curtsies to the light, from yonder sky

Deep in the woods, as the night floats by

Beckoning to her, she stands there, alone

A lyrical figure, bathed in moonstone

She’ll pirouette ’round flowers, on gentlest toes

This ballerina dances, wherever moonlight glows

The days, now shorter, as nights grow long

This is exactly where I belong

Alive in the darkness, I find what I lack

My time with the infinite power of black

Raising my spirit, to moon’s glowing light

Eternally grateful, to be one with the night
