Decorated lovingly, for all to see
Standing in the flurries of winter’s cold
Garland surrounds it, around it, behold
This beautiful season, adorning the land
Colorfully elegant, vibrant and grand

Sparkling white, like a shining star
Glistening softly, from where they are
The glory of Christmas begins to unveil
With beautiful lights, aglow, what a tale!
Of a jolly old man, who stopped by to visit
And brought with him, Oh! I wonder, who is it?
Why it’s his little elves, who wrapped up in bows
Toys for the kiddies, and everyone knows
When magic appears over skies, high above
It’s Santa and his reindeer, leaving packages of love
My Note: Had a few moments while sitting at the hospital, tried to think of happy things. This is what I came up with 🙂
