Colleen’s challenge for us this week are the words Mystery and Attract.  Remember, you can only use synonyms to write your poetry!

Written as a Cinquain, my synonyms are Confidence and Alluring.

The look

Is alluring

While catching you off guard

Tis the confidence he exudes

That chills

You complete me, your fire to my ice

The heat, to melt, my inner vice

Of wanting you, my very own

That I shall never let bemoan

Just chase away my frozen heart

Watch me, as I fall apart

Into your hands, I fade to mist

With flames of love, I have been kissed
