Our minds, so connected
Thoughts intersected
Words, together, apart

The elite of the muses
Each teasing with ruses
Poetry falls from the start

When the secrets we keep
Mysteriously speak
Opening up our hearts

Where the inner circle mingles
And words become tingles
Each poem a true work of art

From one to another
Like sister and brother
Full circle, our thoughts we impart

Whose paintbrush

Flows with the ink

Of pictures written

On a canvas bare

Letters in perfect symmetry

Romancing the palette

A portrait in verse

His Light Shines Eternal

Through the Darkest Night

And the Deepest of Sorrow

Rejoicing in Life

With the Hope of Tomorrow

Everlasting in Glory

God’s Hand on our Hearts

We Revel in the Beauty

Of His Wondrous Works of Art

The sun is an artist

Vividly painting

Emerald green

With ruby rays

Blackened clouds

With golden haze

Sky blue into white

Daylight into night
