Good morning my friends,

On Thursday evening, my daughter was rushed to the hospital, with severe chest pains.  She is still there, with, at this time, an unknown diagnosis.  They have been running test after test, some coming back with alarming results.  She is 26.  I will be taking a break from blogging, and social media, with an unknown return time.  My family will always come before my words.  So, off I go, with a simple request….please keep my daughter, Alyssa, in your thoughts….

Good morning, friends

While I’ve been busy finishing up my next book for publication, in April, my mind hasn’t stopped coming up with other ideas about where to take my poetry.

I need your help!!

I am considering making an audio CD of selected poems. This is where you come in 🙂

Will you share with me which poem, or two, are your very favorite(s)? I’ll combine the list and the top 10 will be chosen, and made into an audio CD. This is a huge step for me, as I don’t particularly like the sound of my own voice lol

Good morning!  I know it’s Wordless Wednesday but….

Some of you may have noticed lately that I am not commenting/liking on your posts.  I apologize.  You see, this thing called life has gotten in my way.  As I type this, I am waiting for the results of some medical tests I had done last week.  They have preoccupied my time and my mind.  In all fairness to you, I chose to not read your posts because they deserve my undivided attention.  However, I have them all in my email, so make no mistake, I WILL get to them.  I am not one to just like something you have posted.  I read everything! Yes, I know I’m crazy.  But I believe supporting others is very important for all of us.  So on that happy note, I will be slowly getting to your posts.  I look forward to reading them 🙂
