About the Author

Oh, hi there!  So happy you decided to see what I’m all about.

I am a poetess, one who thrives in the darkness, and seeks out the shadows in the light.  I live for nightfall, and occasionally come out in the day.  I do have a softer side, although I tend to not show it often.  I can also be quite whimsical if I choose to be.  I write, because it is my escape from reality, a chance to release the passion I hold in my being.  I’ve also a passion for photography, especially nature, which I share here, on Wednesdays & Sundays (and whatever other day I find it comforting).

If you’re taking the time to read this, I hope you’ll take the time to read my poems.  They will tell you so much more about me than I ever could, in this small section of my blog.

On a personal level, I am a mother, wife, and daughter, in that order.  My children are my greatest accomplishment.
