Feeling a bit under the weather so this is one from 2014. Hope you enjoy. π

Blackness fills the sky once bright
Witches, Goblins, Ghosts aflight
Soaring, Shrieking, Spectral Beings
Chasing after Unearthly Dreams
Streaking down across the night
Skeletons fill your Heart with Fright
Rattling, Shaking, Tremulous Twitch
Wicked bones begin to Hitch
Pumpkins Glow with Eerie Light
Fire Dances with Delight
Sauntering, Straying, in your path
Too late to Dodge their Evil Wrath
Moonlight glows across the skies
The Terror grows within Your Eyes
Ghoulish, Haunting, Sinister Sprites
Frightening You this Halloween Night

I love watching the little kids enjoying themselves on Halloween. Especially, my “kid” sister, she not only loved Halloween but LIVES it!
