Said the butterfly to the bird
“I’ve heard an amazing thing
Warmer weather is coming!”
Said the bird, “Yes, it’s spring!”
“When flowers bloom in color,
And skies turn azure blue;
It’s then you’ll hear me singing
And see more butterflies, too!”
As both admired the flowers
Happily, they shared their day
Anticipating the sunshine
That’d soon, be heading their way
Author’s Note: The weather has been so dreary and cold, I needed to write something happy. I cannot wait for warmth! Come on spring!! ❤

We are having half a beautiful day today so I’m very excited to be outdoors. Hopefully yours will warm up soon. We need some spring!

We’re back to cold and dreary with more rain coming in and storms tomorrow. Looking forward to the warmer days ahead (I hope lol).
