I dwell inside this tiny bubble

It keeps me safe and out of trouble

Where only trees and clouds appear

I have nothing, on this Earth, to fear

I stay inside, and watch the day

The sun, once shining, falls away

Then nighttide finds its way inside

My thoughts now travel, far and wide

This is where I find release

My soul surrounded, by unending peace

Author’s Note:Β  This was a bubble my mom blew and I leaned down to capture it, unaware it had my reflection in it, along with the sky, clouds and trees.Β  And as such, this poem was bornΒ  πŸ™‚
