A golden orb
Illuminating the ebony sky
Peeking playfully
Through the branches of
Still barren trees
Allowing the mind
To let mystery unfold
As the full moon beckons
Those who know its call

First dragons, now moons…. you speak to my soul Dorinda! Following your posts is a little bitter sweet for me. I’ve been writing poetry since I was a child and kept all my journals in a storage room in my last apartment. A pipe above my boxes broke and I lost all of them. Now I mainly write for ritual, but you have inspired me to reclaim the poet within 🙂 Namaste sister. xo
